These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of the services, website, content, and materials provided by Tutors Today (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1.1 Tutors Today provides educational tutoring, academic support, consultation, and related resources across multiple subjects and educational levels.
1.2 Services are designed to supplement formal education and provide guidance, instruction, and support.
1.3 Tutors Today makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding specific academic results, examination outcomes, personal development, or career progression. Any academic success depends on the student’s efforts, engagement, and circumstances.
2.1 Services are available only to individuals aged 18 or above, or to minors with parental or guardian consent.
2.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to act on behalf of the student.
2.3 Tutors Today reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at its discretion, including for fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or breaches of these Terms.
3.1 Clients must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and update it promptly if it changes.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and activity under your account.
3.3 Tutors Today shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account.
4.1 Fees for sessions, packages, or other services are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2 Tutors Today reserves the right to amend fees at any time with reasonable notice.
4.3 Late payments may incur interest, administrative fees, or suspension of services.
4.4 Refunds are only provided at Tutors Today’s discretion in cases of cancellations initiated by Tutors Today. All other fees are non-refundable.
4.5 Promotions, discounts, or special offers are subject to separate terms and may be withdrawn without prior notice.
5.1 Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
5.2 Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to the full session price.
5.3 Tutors Today may cancel or reschedule sessions due to tutor unavailability, emergencies, technical failures, or force majeure events.
5.4 No-shows are considered attended sessions, and full fees remain payable.
6.1 Clients must ensure students attend sessions punctually and prepared, providing necessary materials and information.
6.2 Clients must disclose any relevant learning needs, medical conditions, or other factors affecting the student’s learning.
6.3 Tutors Today may suspend or terminate services if the student or client engages in disruptive, abusive, or illegal behaviour.
7.1 All content, lesson plans, materials, resources, and website content are the property of Tutors Today or its licensors.
7.2 Clients may use materials only for personal educational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, publication, or commercial exploitation without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7.3 All trademarks, logos, and branding remain the exclusive property of Tutors Today.
8.1 Tutors Today does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that any student will achieve specific grades, scores, academic results, or learning outcomes.
8.2 All learning outcomes depend on multiple factors beyond the control of Tutors Today, including student effort, attendance, prior knowledge, teaching methods, and external circumstances.
8.3 Clients acknowledge that no claim for academic failure, lost opportunities, or personal dissatisfaction may be made against Tutors Today.
9.1 Tutors Today shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of our services.
9.2 Liability for any claim, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, is limited to the fees paid for the affected session(s).
9.3 This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law and survives termination of services.
10.1 Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tutors Today, its directors, employees, tutors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
11.1 By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Tutors Today implements reasonable measures to safeguard data but cannot guarantee complete security against unauthorised access, breaches, or technical failures.
12.1 Tutors Today is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
13.1 Tutors Today may suspend or terminate services at any time for breach of these Terms, misconduct, or at its sole discretion.
13.2 Clients may terminate services at any time; however, all fees for completed or scheduled sessions remain payable.
14.1 Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through written correspondence.
14.2 If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of [Insert Arbitration Body, e.g., LCIA or AAA], whose decision shall be final and enforceable.
14.3 Parties waive the right to class actions or collective proceedings unless prohibited by law.

18.1 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other written agreements, constitute the entire agreement between Tutors Today and the client.
18.2 All prior oral or written representations, negotiations, or agreements are superseded by these Terms.
